Ty Hookway, Founder
Ty Hookway is the founder and president of CleanCraft, a commercial cleaning company based in Rochester NY, and covering upstate NY. CleanCraft was founded in 1995. Thru out the years of growing and expanding Ty was and continues to be, in awe of the numerous people he has worked with. He believes in the incredible talent and inherent good of CleanCraft’s employees. The company's guiding tenet is that there are infinite power, dignity, and healing provided by work and that gainful employment adds impressive and positive benefits to the human experience. The mission of CleanCraft is To create a 'quality of life and peace' for all. Ty is certain that the mission statement and running a successful, profitable enterprise are not mutually exclusive. Ty and CleanCraft continually strive for a win/win relationship with all stakeholders. Ty has a math degree from Holy Cross College; he grew up in Rochester and resides there with his wife Elizabeth and their children. He is a member of various boards and active within his church. He enjoys golf, reading and is an ardent lifelong learner. Ty has the worst penmanship in the company.
Stephanie Hookway, Sales and Marketing/Stakeholder Engagement
Stephanie has been with CleanCraft for 25 years. She enthusiastically engages the stakeholders of CleanCraft: the customers, the employees, the vendors, the community and the shareholders. She also directs all sales and marketing. She is a devoted wife and mother of 2 boys and a proud veteran of the US Army. She likes to cook and read and despises both the sound and feel of styrofoam.
Haris Arshad – Human Resources/Technology Manager
Haris has been with CleanCraft since 2017. He and his team manage the entire staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding. He also oversees the planning, maintenance and operation of technology within the company. Haris has, without a doubt, the finest head of hair at CleanCraft
Tammy Dostman – Finance Manager
Tammy was a customer of Clean Craft’s for 20 years before joining the executive team. She and her team are responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting all financial information. She enjoys playing softball and travelling. Tammy is shoe snob and has a penchant for high quality footwear.
